Hi Folks,

A number of topics to cover so I’ll keep them brief. I’ll elaborate more on Friday.

Training Friday 5th, 4:30 PM regardless of weather. All teams northern nets as southern nets are not yet ready. We will need to get creative with fielding drills to fit 7 teams in 5 nets. If wet we will just have a chat.

Teams will be announced Friday night.

The bar will be open. No meals this week.

Meals will hopefully commence next week. The roster for Friday night meals will come out shortly. Each child’s name is randomly drawn from a hat. The first five names are rostered on next week, the second five the next week and so on.

Internal trial game Sunday 7th Oct – weather permitting. Due to senior fixtures only one turf pitch is available. U10 to play at Kidman Park primary school. U14 to play on turf pitch. U12 train in turf nets unless everyone is willing to play after U14.
U10 – 10am
U12 – 10am
U14 – 9am

Subscription fees are due for players yet to pay.

The club is offering a single full fee waiver for anyone that helps run the Woolworths cricket program – 8 weeks starting 26th October.

The club is looking for a part time cleaner. Ideal for person aged 16+ wanting to earn some cash. Approx 3 hours a week, $20 per hour.

Its going to be a bit chaotic over the next week or so until we get access to all our facilities, sort out new team managers/coaches, get fixtures sorted, etc. So bear with us.
